The 2nd Chair Ministries is a Discipleship Ministry that exists to care, capture and cultivate.

- Care - The foundation of everything we do. We have hearts for the people of God.
- Capture - We are like Paul, bondservants to the Lord. We want others to be captured in a relationship with the Lord.
- Cultivate - We help develop people and ministries for kingdom work.
